Passport:Â Original Passport with one blank page and it should be valid for at least 6 months. In case of damaged passport, a declaration letter is needed stating that Riya Travel is not responsible if applicant faces any challenge at the time of travel. Handwritten passport will not be accepted. (Note – Attach all old passports, if any).
Application Form:Â – Form 14 A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant. One photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across.

Cover Letter: Letter from Applicant addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi’ stating name of the applicant, designation, passport number, purpose of visit, duration of stay in brief (Note – The covering letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self-Employed or on plain paper if employed. Applicant’s contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter).
Occupation Proof:Â Personal Bank Statement of the last 3 months. Proof of business ownership or NOC from the company on its letter head along with a copy of employee ID card.
Honeymooners:Â Original or well-scanned copy of the Wedding Card is needed.
Invitation Letter: If visiting family, relative or friend, an invitation letter is needed from the invitee with their Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of invitee with relationship details. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi’. Also, other documents including PR card copy, Passport copy (bio data pages), relationship proof and NRIC card copy are needed.

Invitation Letter: Copy of Invitation Letter from Singapore host/inviting Company on its letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit, and UEN number or Registration number along with Form V39A.
V39A form is required for business meetings only and person signing V39A should have NRIC number starting with:
a) UEN No./registration number must be mentioned in invitation letter & form V39A as well.
b) NRIC no. must be mentioned in invitation letter only Singapore national.
