The letter should be duly signed by the authorised signatory & addressed to ‘The Visa officer, Singapore High Commission, New Delhi’. Applicant’s contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter.

 Copy of Invitation Letter from Singapore host/inviting Company on its letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit, and UEN number or Registration number along with Form V39A.
V39A form is required for business meetings only and person signing V39A should have NRIC number starting with:
a) UEN No./registration number must be mentioned in invitation letter & form V39A as well.
b) NRIC no. must be mentioned in invitation letter only Singapore national.
